If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a Material Return Authorisation Number (MRAN) and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Simply return the item to us in its original condition including any product packaging. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
